If you're looking to change where you send the videos each time, though, you don't want to have to create an output for each folder. If you're looking to repeatedly send the recordings to the same location, I would suggest creating a profile with a file output, setting the destination to whatever folder you want the videos to end up at. The caveat (I tried and verified this) is that after you make the change to your environment variables (I changed both TMP and TEMP), you will need to reboot your machine before they'll affect Snagit.Īs for the location where we store your files more permanently, there are two options.
